After a magical debut earlier this year, Once Upon a Story returns! Hosted by Vermont Literacy Network and Inklings Children’s Books, this beloved fairytale event invites families to step into a world of storybook fun with live character read-alouds, hands-on crafts and games, and a whimsical marketplace full of treasures.
Goldilocks, Little Red Riding Hood, and the Three Little Pigs are so excited to step out of their stories to visit with our young friends on Saturday, November 8 at the Big Picture Theater & Cafe in Waitsfield, Vermont.
What to Expect:
Live Story Read-Alouds: Listen as Little Red Riding Hood and her friends read their classic stories and a varriety of modern retellings and fractured fairytales.
Crafts, Games & Activities: Explore fairytale-themed activity stations where children can engage in hands-on STEM and craft projects (included with ticket).
Fairytale Marketplace: Shop children's books, cotton candy, face painting, and more from local…
